Have you changed your mind ? Do you want to cancel your order?

You have 14 days following receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. There are several possibilities for this:

  • Log in to your “My Account” customer area, “My orders” section. On the line of your order click on « Request a return » and complete the return request online, choosing the wording “withdrawal”. You have no reason to give. However, if you wish and in order to help us provide you with optimal quality of service, you can tell us in a comment the reason for this return.
  • Print, complete and return this form to us by post or email,
  • Send us a postal or electronic mail clearly indicating your desire to withdraw (do not forget to specify your name and contact details, the reference of the item(s) and the order number).

Upon receipt of your request, our e-boutique Customer Service will send you a confirmation email as well as a return slip to place in your package. You have 14 days to return the item(s) at your expense via the service provider of your choice. The refund will be made by credit to your bank account within 14 days of receipt of your return*.

Is the item damaged or does not correspond to your order?

We do everything we can to provide you with the best quality of service. If an item is defective or does not correspond to what you ordered, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

To make your request, log in to your “My Account” customer area, “My item returns” section and complete the return request online, choosing the wording “Defective product”. As soon as your request is validated, you will receive a return slip to place in your package as well as a prepaid return shipping label that you will stick on your package.

All you have to do is drop off the package at one of our partner relay points and we will exchange the returned item as soon as possible.
