Delivery to relay point
Choose from more than 5,000 participating relay points closest to you. You are informed of the arrival of your package by email and have 9 working days to collect it*.
*Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica) within 3 to 5 working days. Cost of delivery: €4.50 including tax. The package not claimed within the deadline will be returned to the sender without being refunded.
Delivery to the address you choose, by appointment
At home, at work, on vacation, choose the address to which we deliver to you when ordering. Our delivery service sends you an SMS to offer you two appointment dates*. This doesn't suit you? Do you have an unexpected event on the big day? You have personal access to our delivery service in order to choose the solution that suits you: new appointment, delivery to another address, or to an agency, at no additional cost!
* Delivery in mainland France (including Corsica) within 3 to 5 working days. Cost of delivery: €5.70 including tax. Service subject to communication by the customer of a valid mobile telephone number. We decline all responsibility in the event of a failure of your mobile operator's network coverage. The package not claimed within the deadline will be returned to the sender without being refunded.
