Make sure you have selected the online shop corresponding
to your delivery country.

Choose the product you like, select your size, then click “Add to cart”.

Once your items are added, go to your cart and then click “Confirm my cart” to complete your purchase.

Creating an account is recommended to easily track your orders and access your history.

You can also order as a guest.

In all cases, your personal information (identity, contact details, address, etc.) is necessary for processing and delivering your order.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your
order is confirmed. Check your junk mail if necessary.

  • With a customer account: track your order in My account > My orders.
  • As a guest: you will receive a shipping email including your tracking number.

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday.

Processing takes place within 72 hours, excluding sale or promotion periods.

First check your junk mail / spam folders.

If you do not receive anything within 24 hours, contact us via the contact form link

Please provide the email used, as well as your first and last name.

Once the order is confirmed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled automatically.

If your parcel has not yet been sent, we will do our best to meet your request.

Contact the customer service through the contact form, providing your order number.

If the order has already been sent, you may refuse the parcel or make a return upon receipt.

DELIVERY

Yes, you can choose the pick-up point of your choice using the interactive map available when selecting the delivery method.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your parcel arrives, which you can then collect within a period of 10 to 14 days, depending on our delivery partners.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.

The average time is 2 to 4 working days after confirmation, depending on the delivery country and the period (sales, promotions, etc.).

If you notice a delay, contact our customer service through the Contact Us section.

In case of a prolonged delay, you may request the cancellation of the order and its refund, in accordance with articles L.216-2 and following of the Consumer Code.

We deliver in France and to many countries abroad.

The list of available destinations appears when you enter your address.

If your country does not appear, it means that we do not yet deliver to that destination.

A delivery notice has been left.

Depending on the chosen method, your parcel will be placed at a pickup point or redelivered starting the next day.

Your payment information is encrypted using SSL technology.

No banking data is stored on our servers.

RETURN & REFUND

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Log in to your Passionata account, then go to My orders > Request a return.

If you ordered as a guest, you can make your request through the dedicated section on the homepage.

The repayment is made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Delivery and return charges are not repaid.

The repayment takes place within 14 working days from the receipt of the parcel.

We do not offer exchanges.
To get another item, please return the original and then place a new order.



All our products come with:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code)
  • the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.
