The available delivery options, their cost, and the estimated delivery time depend on your delivery country. You will always find the options available for your destination when finalizing your order.
Delivery in France
For all deliveries in mainland France, your orders are shipped with Colissimo.

If no one is present during a Colissimo delivery, the parcel may be left in the mailbox or, if this is not possible, held at a post office for 15 business days before being returned to the sender.
For delivery to a pickup point, you choose your pickup point when placing your order and are notified by email as soon as your parcel arrives.
Delivery times begin on the day following order confirmation. Shipments take place from Monday to Friday inclusive. *Time indicated for an order placed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery within the European Union
For supported destinations in the European Union, Passionata offers two delivery methods:
Standard delivery with FedEx for economical home delivery.
Express delivery with DHL if you would like to receive your order more quickly.

As the United Kingdom and Switzerland are located outside the European Union, Passionata offers Standard delivery with DHL as well as Express delivery with DHL.

Track my order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
This email contains your tracking number, which allows you to track the progress of your package directly with the carrier.
Please note that delivery times are provided as an indication in business days from the dispatch of your order.
During busy periods, particularly sales, holidays, or promotional campaigns, preparing and delivering your order may exceptionally take a little longer.
Taxes & customs duties
For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
The handling of duties and taxes depends on the destination. When additional fees apply, the relevant information is provided during the ordering process or by the carrier.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order or collection from a pickup point to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
How to make a return ?
To return your order:
- If you have an account: go to “My Account” > “Return my order” and follow the steps
- If you placed your order as a guest, you can submit your request via the dedicated section on the homepage.
- Select the item(s) to be returned and confirm your request.
- Once approved by Passionata, a return label will be sent to you by email.
- Return the items within 14 days of your request and keep your proof of postage.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your order has been refunded.
A return fee of €6will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds
Items must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with the original cardboard size label attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn, used or soiled items cannot be refunded.
If the return conditions are met, the refund will be issued no later than 14 calendar days from the date our warehouse receives the returned products. The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment method, a few additional days may be required before the refund appears in your account.
The refund includes the amounts paid when placing the order, including the initial delivery costs (if the entire order is returned), less the return costs payable by the customer.
Non-compliant or defective product
If a product received is non-compliant or defective, submit a return request following the same procedure. In this case, Passionata covers the return costs. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you. The non-compliant product will be exchanged as soon as possible.
